Sanitas health-insurance products only: no other insurer's products are compared or sold.
• Professional indemnity and financial capacity: Under Article 26 of Royal Decree-Law 3/2020, an exclusive agent whose activities are fully covered by the principal insurer is not required to hold separate professional indemnity insurance or independent financial capacity. Professional indemnity cover and all financial guarantees are provided by Sanitas, S.A. de Seguros, which assumes full responsibility for distribution activities under the exclusive agency relationship. Client premiums are paid directly to Sanitas and are never handled, collected or held by the agent.

Complaints

Complaints may be sent to info@spanishdnvhealthinsurance.com. If unresolved after two months, or in the first instance with Sanitas, they may be escalated to the Sanitas Customer Ombudsman (Defensor del Cliente) per the policy schedule, to the Complaints Service of the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones (www.dgsfp.mineco.gob.es), or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
